Cancellation Policy

⭐ Studio Hub — Booking Cancellation & Date Change Policy Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit towards a future workshop. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non‑refundable, as materials and preparation have already been allocated. • If your child is unwell, you may request a credit transfer to another workshop (subject to availability). A refund may be offered at Studio Hub’s discretion. Date Change / Transfer Policy • You may request a date change up to 48 hours before your booked workshop. • Transfers are subject to available spots in the alternative session. • Only one date change can be made per booking. • If no suitable date is available, a credit will be issued for a future workshop. Provider Cancellations If Studio Hub needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances: • You will be offered a full refund or a free transfer to another session. • Parents will be notified via email and SMS as soon as possible. No‑Show Policy • If a child does not attend their booked workshop without prior notice, the booking is non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
